Jennifer serves as Vice President of Development at Give Kids The World Village, where she leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and development initiatives that support the organization's mission of creating unforgettable experiences for critically ill children and their families.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning nonprofit development, major gifts, membership strategy, operations, and guest experience, Jennifer has successfully led multi-million-dollar fundraising initiatives, cultivated donor relationships, and built high-performing teams. Prior to joining Give Kids The World, she held leadership roles with organizations including Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, High Museum of Art and The Coca-Cola Company.

Jennifer is passionate about connecting people to meaningful causes and developing collaborative teams that drive impact. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys.
