John joined the PepsiCo family in 1989 and has held many different positions across sales, operations, and general management. John was the VPGM of Central Florida from 2008 - 2011. In this position, he successfully led the implementation of both Sales and Go-to-Market initiatives across multiple locations. People development, coaching, and P&L responsibility were trademarks of John's career in the Field. Post the GM role, John expanded his project management and Supply Chain acumen with leadership roles in Warehouse, Chilled and Automation, utilizing change management, leadership, and clear communication of success measures to lead successful execution of key priorities. Currently, John is the VP of Field Operations and Customer Service for PBNA. John and his team implement selling and delivery, Chilled and equipment initiatives that drive productivity and improve customer service. John collaborates with Sales Support and Commercialization teams in each Division to deliver against Business Objectives. The role includes a powerful DSD system and a warehouse sales business. In addition, he leads the Routing Intelligence Center, Route Engineering, Chilled DSD, PES, and Customer Service teams. In total the budget that this collective team manages is $2.7 billion.
