Jonathan is a former Global Chief Strategy Officer and Global Chief Capability Officer within WPP, with extensive international experience in strategy, marketing transformation, capability building, and organisational development. Having advised many of the world's leading consumer brands, he now works, as Founder of August Rock Consulting, with executive teams and investors to unlock growth through clearer strategy, stronger capabilities, and more effective execution.

Outside of work, Jonathan is committed to giving back and proud to be on the Board of Give Kids The World Village, supporting their mission to create priceless memories for wish children and their families.

He is a keen sportsman and outdoor enthusiast, enjoying skiing, walking, and lacrosse, proudly representing England at the 2014 Veterans' World Lacrosse Championships.
