
Jordan Lomas

Jordan Lomas is a business and technology executive with more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and mergers and acquisitions across global hospitality and retail organizations. He is known for aligning technology investment with growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value, with a focus on value creation, disciplined capital allocation, and risk oversight. He has extensive experience supporting board-level oversight of cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, and digital strategy.
He retired as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Darden Restaurants Inc., where he spent 17 years leading enterprise technology strategy across nine brands, including Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, and The Capital Grille. He partnered closely with the C-suite and board to enable growth and M&A integration, including Rare Hospitality and Ruth's Chris, and led supply chain and digital initiatives that delivered more than $100 million in synergy and efficiency savings.
In 2025, Lomas served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Give Kids The World, an $80 million nonprofit serving children with critical illnesses and their families. During the leadership transition, he ensured operational continuity, strengthened donor and partner relationships, enhanced governance and risk oversight, and positioned the organization for long-term sustainability.
Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President at Reed Elsevier (now RELX), leading international teams across Europe, Asia, and North America. Lomas serves as a board advisor to Incept AI and previously to Red Lobster.
He holds an MBA from Rollins College and a bachelor's degree from Miami University (Ohio).
