Rob Kantor is the Vice President of Business Analytics and Industrial Engineering for Universal Destinations & Experiences. In this role, Rob leads multiple, concurrent, and complex initiatives to provide significant value through increased efficiency, improved guest service, and increased revenues/profits. Rob has been involved with projects in all areas of the company, most recently including Revenue Operations, Resort Operations, New Ventures, Halloween Horror Nights, Water Parks, Epic Universe, Attraction design & simulation and more!

Rob first supported Universal Orlando's Technical Services Department, where he drove business improvement initiatives for all aspects of the division and was a key contributor to the implementation, setup, and operation of the Maximo maintenance management system.

Rob expanded into Revenue Management as is driving multi-millions of dollars to the bottom line through Food & Beverage and Merchandise and his leadership of Universal Orlando's Express and Premium product programs. Rob has expanded his roles in RM to include other product support across Universal Orlando, Universal Studios Hollywood, our international parks in Japan and China, and New Ventures.
