Tickets

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased here on our website. We encourage guests to purchase tickets as soon as possible, as last year's tickets sold out quickly. Buy your tickets now.

What age range is considered a child ticket?
Children ages 3-17 are eligible for a child ticket. Tickets are not required for children ages 2 and under. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Are there any discounts available?
Discounts are available for groups of 25 guests or more. For information about group discounts, please contact millionlights@gktw.org.

Where do the proceeds from the event go?
The purchase of every ticket – as well as merchandise, food and beverage items and sponsorships – will help Give Kids The World Village fulfill its mission to provide critically ill children and their families with magical weeklong wish vacations at no cost. Give Kids The World is an 89-acre, whimsical nonprofit resort that has been rated Four Stars by Charity Navigator 15 years in a row. You can learn more at www.gktw.org.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available if the event is canceled.

What happens if there is inclement weather?
Night of a Million Lights will operate rain or shine, unless weather prohibits viewing the lights. In the event a cancellation is necessary, tickets purchased for that night's event will be refunded.

Do the VIP Dessert Parties and Behind the Scenes Tours include my ticket to the event as well?
Yes. Both of these options include entry into the event, along with the special experience. Please view the descriptions for each ticket offer for more details. Please give yourself ample time to park and make it to your dessert party location.

 

Event Information

Where is the event?
Give Kids The World Village is located at 210 S. Bass Rd., Kissimmee, FL 34746.

What are the event hours?
Night of a Million Lights will run from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. every night from November 12, 2021 - January 2, 2022.

What is the parking situation at the event?
Complimentary parking will be provided at Pioneer Village, located at 2491 Babb Road, Kissimmee 34746. After parking in the lot, guests will have their tickets scanned, and then take a shuttle bus to Give Kids The World Village. Return transportation between the Village and the Pioneer Village parking lot will also be provided. All shuttle buses are ADA accessible. We suggest carpooling with other guests when possible, as parking will be limited. In addition, ADA parking will be provided on-site at the Village. When planning your event arrival at the time designated on your tickets, please give yourself ample time to drive to Pioneer Village, park, and take the shuttle bus to Give Kids The World Village.

How is the event different from last year?
Night of a Million Lights will once again offer guests a one-of-a-kind, immersive holiday lights experience in a whimsical setting unlike any place on earth – along with many exciting enhancements. New this year, the event will feature a spectacular dancing lights show; a tram tour with storytelling; a holiday marketplace; enhanced food & beverage and merchandise offerings; a dazzling tree trail; and more.

What are your safety protocols?
Guests will be required to follow all safety protocols and posted instructions established by Give Kids The World Village, in accordance with the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC.)

Are masks required?
Masks are optional on our complimentary shuttle buses between Pioneer Village and Give Kids The World Village, and complimentary masks will be provided upon request. In addition, masks are optional at the event. Please check back often for additional information.

What activities will be available?
Guests will enjoy a fun-filled immersive experience including the chance to stroll among millions of dazzling lights; view a dancing light show; take a tram tour of an exquisitely-decorated fairytale neighborhood, complete with storytelling; capture photos and video at unique photo spots; visit a holiday marketplace; indulge in delicious food and beverages; and more. A variety of unique experiences are also available, including dessert parties, private events and behind-the-scenes tours.

Will food and beverage be available?
A variety of delicious food, snacks, treats and beverages will be available for purchase at the event; no outside food or beverages will be allowed. The proceeds from all food and beverages sold at the event will help Give Kids The World make magical dreams come true for critically ill children and their families. Please note that the entire event will be cashless, including Food & Beverage and merchandise.

Can I bring in my own snacks?
Outside food and beverages will not be allowed for this event.

 

Will there be merchandise available for purchase?
This year's event will feature an assortment of high-quality apparel, collectibles and other merchandise for sale on-site at Give Kids The World Village. Please note that the entire event will be cashless, including Food & Beverage and merchandise.

Can I bring my pet?
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, only task-trained service dogs will be permitted on the property during Night of a Million Lights. Emotional support animals or those that provide comfort only are not service animals defined by the Americans With Disabilities Act, and will not be permitted on the property.

Are guns/firearms, ammunition, knives or other weapons allowed on the property?
No. These items are prohibited anywhere on the property, including all public areas, inside any and all buildings, inside or outside residential villas, in the parking lots, or any location, venue, or amenity within the 89 acres that comprise the Village.

Will the attractions be accessible to ticket holders?
Unlike last year, this year's attractions will not be available to ticketed guests. All rides and attractions will be reserved exclusively for wish families staying on-site at Give Kids The World Village.

How long does it take to view all of the lights? Is there a map of the event layout?
Guests are asked to limit their time at the event to two (2) hours, with times designated at the time of purchase. Event maps will be available upon entry.

Will I be able to walk through the entire event?
Guests will be able to walk through a fairytale neighborhood and view the lights; however, a portion of the event venue will be accessible only by tram. Tram tours featuring engaging storytelling will be offered throughout each night and are included in the price of admission.

Is there ADA parking available?
Yes, all vehicles with Disabled Person Parking Permits will be directed to the appropriate parking area upon entering the event.

Will wheelchairs be available at the event?
Give Kids The World Village is a fully accessible property, and we will have a limited number of wheelchairs and electronic conveyance vehicles (ECV) available for rental on-site at the event at an additional cost. Both the wheelchairs and the ECVs will be offered on a first come, first served basis at the merchandise booth located near the main entrance.

We encourage you to bring your own wheelchair if possible due to limited availability on-site. We will be providing complimentary parking at Pioneer Village (2491 Babb Road, Kissimmee, 34746), with wheelchair accessible shuttle buses running between Pioneer Village and Give Kids The World Village all night. ADA parking will also be available at the Village in our on-site parking lot. Our tram tours at the event will also be wheelchair accessible.

What is Give Kids the World Village?
Give Kids The World Village is an 89-acre, nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, FL, that provides critically ill children and their families with magical weeklong wish vacations at no cost. Learn more about our mission.

Will wish families be staying on-site during the event?
Yes! Wish families will be staying on-site at Give Kids The World Village for the duration of the event. For the comfort and privacy of these families, portions of the Village will only be accessible via tram tours.

Will alumni families be able to visit their stars in the Castle of Miracles?
Unlike last year, the Castle of Miracles is located in an area that is not part of the event and will be reserved exclusively for wish families staying on-site.

How can I donate to Give Kids The World?
Thank you for your interest in helping us create the happiness that inspires hope for critically ill children and their families at Give Kids The World! 90 cents from every dollar donated supports our mission to provide these families with magical weeklong wish vacations at no cost.
