Tickets

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets will be available for advanced purchase on October 1 here. We encourage all event attendees to purchase tickets early, as there will be a limited supply each night.

What age range is considered a child ticket?
Children ages 3-17 are eligible for a child ticket. Tickets are not required for children ages 2 and under. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Are there any discounts available?
A discount is available for groups of 25 or more. Interested parties should contact millionlights@gktw.org.

Does my ticket purchase help to fulfill wishes?
Yes! Give Kids The World Village closed to wish families in mid-March due to the global pandemic, delaying more than 4,000 wishes. Night of a Million Lights is designed to raise funds to ensure that the wishes of critically ill children can return bigger and better than ever before once the time is right to reopen.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available if the event is canceled.

What happens if there is inclement weather?
Night of a Million Lights will operate rain or shine, unless weather prohibits viewing the lights. In the event a cancellation is necessary, tickets purchased for that night's event will be refunded.

 

Event Information

Where is the event?
Give Kids The World Village is located at 210 S. Bass Rd., Kissimmee, FL 34746.

What are the event hours?
Night of a Million Lights will run from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. every night from November 13, 2020, through January 3, 2021.

What are your safety protocols?
Give Kids The World has implemented a rigorous set of COVID-19 safety procedures. Read the detailed list.

Are masks required?
Yes, all guests will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the event unless sitting and actively eating or drinking inside the relaxation area at the Park of Dreams pool. Gator-style masks and masks with ventilation holes are not permitted.

What activities will be available?
Guests will enjoy a walk-through tour featuring more than one million lights adorning the Village; 50 holiday wire frames; four photo spots; socially distanced Santa; three accessible attractions; three venues; and complimentary snacks at the Park of Dreams pool.

Will food and beverage be available?
A selection of both free and for-purchase snacks and beverages will be available at the Park of Dreams Pool. In an effort to minimize COVID-19 exposure, we will be limiting all food and beverage consumption to this area. Only when sitting and eating in our socially distanced rest area can masks be removed.

Can I bring in my own snacks?
In an effort to minimize COVID-19 exposure and protect the health and safety of all guests, outside food and beverages are prohibited for this event. A selection of free and for-purchase snacks and beverages will be available in our rest area at the Park of Dreams pool.

Will there be merchandise available for purchase?
Merchandise will be available at the event and can also be pre-ordered and added onto your ticket purchase for pickup at the event. On-site merchandise sales will be credit card only.

Is there ADA parking available?
Yes, all vehicles with Disabled Person Parking Permits will be directed to the appropriate parking area upon entering the event.

Will the attractions be running?
Three of our accessible rides will be available to enjoy: The Enchanted Carousel, Kelly's Sunny Swing, and Lori's Magical Flight. In addition, Amberville's giant model train and The Castle of Miracles will be open.

Will alumni families be able to visit their stars in the Castle of Miracles?
Please email us at WelcomeBack@gktw.org with your wish child's name along with the date and time you plan to visit during Night of a Million Lights and we will do our best to accommodate a star viewing during the event.
