SAFETY PROTOCOLS
At Give Kids The World Village, the health and safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff members are our top priorities. We have worked diligently with state and local health officials, attraction industry leaders, and infectious disease specialists at Nemours Children's Hospital to enhance our already strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards. These protocols and guidelines will be modified based on evolving industry standards and methodologies, public health and governmental directives, and advancing scientific knowledge on the transmissibility of COVID-19.

GENERAL SAFETY ENHANCEMENTS

Mandatory Temperature Screenings
All individuals arriving at the Village must undergo and pass a temperature screening using the CDC temperature recommendation of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, anyone entering Café Clayton must undergo and pass a temperature screening.

Masks
For everyone's health and safety, mask wearing will be strictly enforced for guests two (2) years of age and older at all times on the resort property, unless actively eating or drinking. Gaiter-style masks and masks with ventilation holes do not provide adequate protection and will not be permitted.

Physical Distancing
To promote proper physical distancing throughout the resort, we have installed signage and markings throughout our guest areas (including on the ground) to identify appropriate, six-foot physical distancing; plexi-glass has been installed in guest contact areas to maintain a physical barrier; and all of our programs and services have been amended to allow for social distancing.

Cleaning and Sanitation
To protect the health and safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff members, we have significantly increased both the frequency of cleaning for all key areas of the Village and placed additional hand sanitization stations throughout the resort. A quantity of hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes have also been provided in each villa. Additional supplies can be obtained by contacting Guest Services.

Work and Sick Policies
We will require our employees to stay home if they are feeling sick. We will also require our employees to follow the most current CDC guidance for self-isolation and symptom-free periods before returning to work.

COVID-19 Training
All staff members have received COVID-19-specific training encompassing all of our newly enhanced safety procedures. This training includes the most current guidance from the CDC and other health advisors.
SAFETY ENHANCEMENTS:
KEY OPERATIONAL AREAS
- Guest Arrivals
As part of our enhanced safety plan, all guests will check in on Sunday and check out on Saturday. All guests will be required to undergo and pass a temperature check every time they enter the property. If any member of the group exhibits a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, the individual as well as all members of the group will be required to quarantine immediately. Enhanced cleaning protocols have been implemented in the Guest Services area and on all high-contact surfaces. - Dining Operations
To promote social distancing, meals will be ordered from the menu and served at the table, family-style. There will be no buffet-style dining. Tables and chairs will be arranged to accommodate physical distancing from other parties, and all surfaces will be sanitized frequently. Meal delivery to the villas will also be available. - Public Spaces
Enhanced cleaning protocols have been implemented across the resort and especially in high-contact areas. This includes an increased number of hand sanitizer stations, areas with single-direction guest flow, modified seating in venues to maintain physical distancing and cleaning according to enhanced protocols. - Rides & Attractions
Queue lines for all rides will have markings for physical distancing and modified seating / loading will be implemented to maintain physical distancing. We will have hand sanitizer available at all venues, and all areas will be cleaned/sanitized continuously. - Employee Facilities
We have added signage regarding health and safety, increased hand sanitizer stations and increased the frequency of cleaning in employee areas. The same enhanced safety standards for guest-facing food and beverage areas will be applied in employee dining areas as well.
