If your wish-granting organization is interested in partnering with Give Kids The World, please complete and submit the form below.

In addition, email the following to :

  • proof of non-profit status (501(c)3 certificate)
  • Form 990 or audited financial statement
  • current bylaws
  • list of Board of Directors
